Mayor Winnette Sandlin

Mayor Sandlin was elected to Seat 2 on April 11, 2023, and was sworn in to her first three-year term on the Orange Park Town Council on May 16, 2023. She served as the Town's Vice-Mayor from May 21, 2024, through May 19, 2026. After running unopposed for re-election, she was sworn into her second term on the Town Council and appointed as Mayor on May 19, 2026.

Ms. Sandlin retired as a department manager from First Coast Service Options, Inc., after 30 years of service. She has been a proud resident of the Town of Orange Park for over 25 years.

Vice-Mayor Doug Benefield

Vice-Mayor Benefield was appointed to Seat 1 on the Town Council on August 2, 2022. He was formally elected to the seat on April 11, 2023, and sworn into his first three-year term on May 16, 2023. Following his re-election, he was sworn into his second term on the Orange Park Town Council and appointed as Vice-Mayor on May 19, 2026.

Doug is a Florida-licensed CPA and the partner/founder of Elevated CPA. He and his wife, Cary, are lifelong Orange Park residents and are currently raising their two boys, Douglas and Edwin, in the town.

Councilman Randy Anderson

Councilman Randy Anderson has served in Seat 5 on the Orange Park Town Council since May 21, 2019. He also served as the Town's Mayor from May 18, 2021, through May 19, 2026.

Councilman Glenn Taylor

Councilman Taylor was sworn into his first three-year term to Seat 3 on the Orange Park Town Council on May 21, 2024. Glenn is a Florida Real Estate Attorney and CPA located in Orange Park on Kingsley Avenue. He has twin sons who are currently attending the University of Florida.

Councilman Kenneth Vogel

Councilman Vogel is currently serving a three-year term on the Orange Park Town Council for Seat 4. He was sworn in on May 20, 2025.

Kenneth Vogel has called Clay County home for over 25 years. After graduating from Orange Park High School, Kenneth attended both Jacksonville University and Webster University. While attending college, he also served in the Navy as a Construction Electrician with NMCB14 stationed at NAS JAX.

Kenneth has over 20 years of construction and electrical experience and uses that experience to own and operate his own local business, Essential Electric. Being a small business owner, Kenneth understands the needs of the Town of Orange Park's business community. Kenneth also spent time working in education teaching math, science and was a school counselor. During his years in education, he met the love of his life Laura, and moved to the Town of Orange Park, where they raise their children Pearson, Carter and Lilly.
