If you want to establish new service for water, sewer or sanitation, click here to download the Utility Application.

Once complete, mail or email it to fhudson@townop.com or banderson@townop.com. Your application must be accompanied by your Driver’s License (residential) or W-9 (commercial). Upon receipt of the form, a representative will contact you to complete the process. You may also bring the form to our office to establish services in person.
