The Town of Orange Park, hereinafter referred to as the Town, is requesting proposals from interested and qualified individuals or firms to provide expertise in the fields of planning and economic development.
Submittals: Respondents shall submit one (1) original, five (5) copies, and one (1) flash drive of their proposal to the Town Clerk’s Office at 2042 Park Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073. Envelopes must be clearly marked with the project title, time, and date of bid opening. If mailed, proposals must be addressed to the Town Clerk at the above address. Proposals must be submitted in the format as outlined in the specifications and received no later than Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM (local time). Proposals received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
