The Town has a variety of bid, proposal and contract opportunities that arise throughout the year. Current purchasing opportunities can be viewed below and include a description of the need, specifications, and stipulated due dates. The Town also uses DemandStar to post bids.

The Town of Orange Park, hereinafter referred to as the Town, is soliciting proposals to retain a firm for Property & Casualty Insurance Coverage.

The Town of Orange Park is seeking sealed bids for the Blake Avenue Water Main Improvements– Phase 1 project in Orange Park, Florida and will be received by the Town Clerk, the Town of Orange Park, 2042 Park Avenue, Orange Park, Florida until 10:00 a.m., local time, Thursday, September 24, 2026.

Envelopes must be clearly marked with the project title, time, and date of bid opening. If mailed, bids must be addressed to the Town Clerk at the above address. Bids must be submitted in the format as outlined in the specifications.
