Reed Street Roadway & Utility Improvements

The Town of Orange Park is seeking sealed bids for Reed Street Roadway & Utility Improvements Project in Orange Park, Florida and will be received by the Town Clerk, the Town of Orange Park, 2042 Park Avenue, Orange Park, Florida until 10:00 a.m., local time, Thursday, January 8, 2026.

Envelopes must be clearly marked with the project title, time, and date of bid opening. If mailed, bids must be addressed to the Town Clerk at the above address. Bids must be submitted in the format as outlined in the specifications.

Bid documents will be made available at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 4, 2025. Project bid documents will be available here or DemandStar.




Reed Street Lift Station Rehabilition

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Reed Street Lift Station Rehabilitation project will be received bythe Town of Orange Park, Florida at the office of the Town Manager, 2042 Park Avenue, Orange Park, Florida 32073, until January 15, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project generally includes the following Work: Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials required for: demolishing existing lift station components proposed for replacement; relining existing wet well; resealing existing wet well pipe penetration; installing new submersible pumps, guide rails, piping, valves, and fittings; reconnecting to existing force main; installing controls and electrical improvements; and completing site work and grading improvements.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: Reed Street Lift Station Rehabilitation

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: CPH Consulting, LLC, 580-1 Wells Road, Orange Park, Florida 32073, (904) 278-0030. Prospective Bidders may examine and access the Bidding Documents online at www.mittauer.com or at the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents will be provided electronically as portable document format (PDF) files. Upon submitting contact information and registering as a Plan Holder online at www.mittauer.com or by contacting CPH Consulting, LLC at Amanda.bourke@cphcorp.com, the digital files will be available for download. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

To be considered qualified, Bidder must be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board and must have successfully completed, as prime contractor, a minimum of (3) projects of a similar nature involving sanitary sewer collection system rehabilitation within the past (5) years, each having a minimum contract value of $300,000, with at least one project having a contract value in excess of $500,000.
