The Town of Orange Park offers these convenient methods for paying your utility bills:
Online: Make a debit or credit card payment on Town’s website. The Town accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Click the button below and follow the steps for the payment process. NOTE: There is a $3.75 convenience fee per transaction for debit or credit card payments.
Pay Online
Automatic Bank Draft: Most cost-effective option for both the customer and the Town, and convenient for those who travel. You still receive your monthly bill to review prior to payment. The customer authorizes the Town to debit a checking account at their designated financial institution. The funds are automatically drafted through electronic funds transfer (EFT) on the 15th of each month.

Online Bank Payment: Make payment through your financial institution’s online bill payment program. If you decide to use this option, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the processing of your payment through the banking system as this is a physical check mailed to us, not electronic.

Payment Drop Box: Conveniently located in front of the Orange Park Town Hall, customers may drive by and drop off their payment with their payment stub. This option is suitable for customers who do not need a receipt, or want to make payment after normal office hours. The drop box is emptied early in the morning and periodically during the day. Please only place checks or money orders in the drop box.
Mail: Return your payment along with your bill stub by regular mail. Payments are credited based on receipt date, not post-marked date.
In Person: Located at 2042 Park Ave., Orange Park. Customer Service Representatives are available during normal office hours, Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
