Streets Division

The Streets Division is responsible for maintenance and repair of: streets, sidewalks, signage, drainage and rights-of-way, including medians and trees.

Paving and resurfacing priorities for Town streets is established by analysis through a pavement management system and programmed for budgeting in the Town’s Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan.

Street Sweeper Schedule

There are occasions when higher priority work prevents meeting this schedule on a weekly basis.

Monday

Area East of US 17, Montclair Subdivision, and Magnolia Cemetery

Tuesday

Plainfield Area: Between US17 & Railroad Avenue and Wells Road & Kingsley Avenue

Wednesday

No Sweeping. Maintenance check on sweeper

Thursday

Area East of Doctors Lake Drive to US17 South of Kingsley Avenue.

Friday

Area North of Kingsley Avenue between Railroad Avenue and Bellair Boulevard; Magnolia Cemetery
