Town Manager
The Town Manager is responsible for ensuring that the policies and directives of the Town Council are carried out efficiently, promptly, and safely, and in the most cost effective manner possible. She oversees all operating departments of the Town, prepares and monitors the Town budget, coordinates with the Town Attorney on all matters with legal implications, and formulates agenda packages for Council consideration that promote good governance and creative solutions for Town activities and responsibilities. Customer service and ongoing communication with citizens, community partners, and regulatory organizations is of the highest priority.
