Town Council

Mayor Morgan was elected as an Orange Park Councilman to Seat 3 in 2002 and was reelected in 2005 and again in 2008. He served as Mayor in 2006 and 2011 and will complete his term in office in March of 2012. His favorite part about being on the Town Council is being a part of preserving our wonderful Town. More

Gary Meeks was elected to Council Seat 5 on March 9, 2010 for a 3 year term and is currently serving as the Town's Vice-Mayor. Prior to serving on the Council, Gary served on various Town Committee's and Boards. More

Councilman Steve Howard is serving his second term as a Town of Orange Park Councilman representing Seat One. Steve was raised in Bainbridge, Georgia. After graduating from Bainbridge High School in 1960, he attended Middle Georgia College and graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University with a civil engineering degree in 1964. More

Jim Renninger has made his residence in the Town of Orange Park for more than 26 years. He is currently employed at Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) as the Dean of Workforce Development at Downtown Campus, but expecting to retire in the summer of 2011. More

Ms. Hutton was elected to Town Council Seat 2 in March of 2011. She previously served on the Town's Planning & Zoning Board and Charter Review Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from NOVA Southeastern University. She has worked for IBM in three states and Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute. More
