2012 Fall Festival
The Orange Park Fall Festival is an annual Arts and Crafts event held at the Orange Park Town Hall grounds.
This year will be our 30th Annual Event, and it will be bigger and better than ever. Two full days filled with food, fun, crafts, vendors and entertainment.
Date, Location and Hours
The Fall Festival will take place on Saturday, October 20th and Sunday, October 21st.
The Fall Festival is held at the Town of Orange Park Town Hall, located at 2042 Park Avenue in Orange Park.
The event times are:
Saturday the 20th 9:00am till 6:00pm. with Opening Ceremonies beginning at 9:00am.
Sunday the 21st from 12:00pm till 5:00pm.

Cost and Parking
The Fall Festival is a free public event and everyone of all ages are invited to attend.
Parking will be available around the Town Hall area, some areas may charge a minimal fee.

Existing vendors from 2011 will have first right of refusal for the 2012 Festival and will have until June 30th to inform us of their participation. After, June 30th we will send out letters to our new vendor list for an opportunity to participate in our 2012 Fall Festival.
Craft Vendors (no electricity) - $125.00
Craft Vendors (with electricity) - $150.00
Food Vendors - $200.00

Vendor setup begins on Wednesday, October 17th.

All entries received by mail must include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Due to the overwhelming response, our committee will assign all spaces. You will be notified by mail of your acceptance or denial. THERE IS NO RAIN DATE FOR THE FESTIVAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
You will notice the food vendors are separated from the crafters in order to keep the smoke contained. Spaces will be marked with the “space numbers” on a stake in the ground. If you have any questions during the Festival, please go to the Bandshell or the Town of Orange Park booth. Information will be posted on a bulletin board to assist you.
