Community Development
Welcome to the Town of Orange Park Community Development Division. If you would like to embark on a large development project, expand a small business, add on to your existing home or construct an accessory building, the Community Development Division is here to walk you through the development process from start to finish. The Community Development Division also serves as the staff liaison to the Planning and Zoning Board and Environmental Quality Board.
The Community Development Division manages land use development through the administration of the Town of Orange Park Land Development Regulations and the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan, as well as other plans, ordinances, policies and procedures of the Town. The Division also prepares plans or studies that serve to guide future development in the community, all while maintaining a high level of integrity and customer service.
