Mr. Smith joined the Town of Orange Park in March 2016. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in geography, with a concentration in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of West Georgia. Mr. Smith brings with him 25 years of experience from the Planning & Development Department at the City of Jacksonville. He is an active member of the American Planning Association and has been AICP certified since 1999.
